2015 Program PCBF Vietnam ( Canadian Scholarship Program of La Francophonie ) is expected to give a maximum of 16 scholarships in various disciplines in the educational institutions taught in French Canada. Subjects and recruitment conditions:
Those who are working in the educational institutions and research agencies, organizations, state enterprises, non-governmental organizations, social organizations and non-public, private businesses meet the following conditions:

The process of admission includes 2 round Admission:
- Round 1 in Vietnam: Document will be overseas Education Department - Ministry of Education and Training and the Embassy of Canada Canada (Office of Program Support Vietnam - Nova Scotia ) coordinate selection.
